Podiatry

    Podiatry is a legally protected title which can only be used  by qualified professionals who have obtained a recognised qualification, registered and regulated by the HPC – Health Professionals Council.

    The Podiatry degree is split into 3 different stages of  qualification, after only the first year we can leave with a foot health
practioner qualification, after the second year we can leave and become a podiatry assistant, it is not until the end of the third year we finally qualify as podiatrist.

  • Corn removal
  • Orthotic (Insoles) advice, supply and fitting,
  • Biomechanical assessments (Lower Limb)
  • Aches and pain in the lower limb.
  • Thickened nail reduction
  • Diabetic assessments and treatment of High Risk Patients
